In a tragic turn of events, the Bauchi State Police Command has apprehended Isyaku Babale, a 30-year-old resident of Anguwan Dawaki in Bauchi Metropolis, for the alleged stabbing death of his brother. The spokesperson for the command, SP Ahmed Wakil, issued a statement on Sunday disclosing the details of the incident.
According to Wakil, the arrest followed a report received by the Divisional Police Officer of the Township Police Station in Bauchi, prompting detectives to swiftly respond to the scene. Upon arrival, they found the victim in critical condition and rushed him to Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Teaching Hospital, where he was pronounced dead by medical personnel.
