Preliminary investigations revealed that the fatal altercation occurred in the early hours of March 31, 2024, at approximately 4:00 AM, following a heated argument between the brothers.

Reports indicate that the argument escalated when the younger brother confronted the victim about his use of a cold patch liquid, commonly referred to as ‘Sholi’, due to its unpleasant odor. The confrontation spiraled into a physical altercation, culminating in Babale allegedly stabbing his elder brother with a sharp object, suspected to be a knife, inflicting fatal wounds to the victim’s stomach.
