Biography of Chinyere Linda Okafor

Blazing the trail irrespective of the challenges of life, Ms. Chinyere Linda Okafor is a Business Woman, with a difference, the CEO of Nkilo Travels and Tours Ltd and Chylynda Business Concepts Ltd.

Her success has earned her a great deal of respect among her peers who see her dedication and rising profile in her line of business as a motivation and inspiration for the younger generation

Though she lost both parents early in life as well as one of his brothers, she has never relented in making meaning out of life

She is the second child from a family of seven born on February 21st, 1977 and she hails from Ezira in Orumba South LGA of Anambra State.

Her father, Mr. Christopher Okafor, a retired Inspector of Police, and her Mother, Mrs. Nkeoma Okafor, a business woman are both late

She attended Umuakpara Community school in Osisioma Ngwa LGA of Abia State where she finished in 1987 and the Sagamu High School, Sagamu, Ogun State where she finished in 1995. She also attended the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos where she studied Sociology in 2002

In 2008 when she could not get a job after graduation, she ventured into business which she began with supplies of building materials, sourcing, and execution of government contracts even though this was regarded as a petty business in Nigeria.

She also worked with a Non-Governmental Organization called Golden Heart Foundation as a volunteer in training and empowering youth before she opened a travel agency which she was doing alongside the NGO

Her business, Chylynda Business Concepts Ltd is a member of the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jigawa Chamber of Commerce, Mines, Agriculture and Industry. The business also has to export license from Nigeria Exporting Promotion Council and Nkilo Travels and Tours Ltd is a member of the National Association of Nigeria Travel Agencies (NANTA).
