Eedris Abdulkareem, a socially aware rapper, has released a new record named “Lords of Jaga Jaga” nineteen years after the release of his blockbuster smash tune “Jaja Jaga.”

Four different versions of ‘Jaga Jaga,’ Eedris’ greatest hit, have been released.

In May of 2021, the controversial rapper released a song called “Jaga Jaga Oti Get e,” in which he mocked Festus Keyamo, the minister of state for labour and employment.

As a result of Mr Keyamo making their intimate conversations public, they had to end their relationship.

When Mr Keyamo’s attempts to collect money to support President Muhammadu Buhari’s government failed, he said the rapper resorted to blackmail.

In a long post on his Instagram profile, he called Mr Keyamo’s bluff, labelled him a cabal member, and said, “Keyamo is in agony because his next aim is to be governor of Delta State.”

‘Jaga Jaga Lords’
With his new single “Lords of Jaga Jaga,” Eedris, 48, takes on President Muhammadu Buhari and Former President Olusegun Obasanjo.

And it follows the release of “Thank You,” a song written and performed as an expression of gratitude to his wife Yetunde for the kidney she gave to him.

In contrast to his previous song “Jaga Jaga,” which took aim at both the political establishment and criminal elements in society, Eedris focused his latest rant specifically on President Muhammadu Buhari. The “Promax edition of Jaga Jaga 2023” music is described.

The artist lamented the lack of money, gasoline, light, peace, unity, and security and referred to President Buhari as the “Jaga Jaga Master.”

O gosh, we’re simply stuck in a rut. It’s not like we’re completely lost. Nothing’s working, he laments in his song.

He also had some choice words for former President Obasanjo, whom he describes as the principal campaigner who has written “enough letter to the Jaga Jaga master Buhari.”
