As part of efforts to improve the quality of basic education in Egor Local Government Area the Executive Chairman Hon. Osaro Osa Eribo, conducted an on-the-spot assessment of infrastructure across several public primary schools within the council area.

The visit was aimed at evaluating the current state of school facilities and identifying critical areas for immediate government intervention. Hon. Eribo stressed the importance of providing a safe and conducive learning environment as a fundamental part of delivering quality education to children in Egor.
Access to quality education is a right not a privilege. This right includes not only well-trained teachers but also learning environments that are safe, functional, and fit for purpose,” the Chairman said during the tour.
Schools visited during the inspection included Ogida Model Primary School, Eweka Primary School, Useh Primary School and Egor Primary School among others.
Hon. Eribo reaffirmed his administration’s resolve to prioritize education and committed to taking immediate steps toward the rehabilitation and upgrading of school infrastructure across the local government,
