A lady, Esther Godwin, has been captured by men of the Ondo State Police Order for purportedly pouring high temp water on one Perseverance Samuel, whom she claimed of having illegal illicit relationships with her significant other.
The incident took place in the state’s Idanre Local Government Area.
Talking on the episode, Samuel denied having an affection illicit relationship 
with the suspect’s better half, making sense of that she functioned as a worker with her significant other on the homestead.
“Esther called me from the tailoring school where I was learning to come get the palm oil her husband owes me. I also work as a laborer in the town for her husband and other farmers.
“I hurried out of my oga’s shop energetically, not realizing that the call was simply to bait me to her shop where she was offering food to pour heated water on me for the offense I didn’t commit,” she said.
The suspect’s better half, Godwin, additionally denied having any undertaking with the person in question.
He stated, “I am the one paying for the victim’s treatment at the hospital since the incident occurred until now.”
