Etinosa Idemudia hails from Benin city, Edo state but was born in Warri, Delta state to Sylvester Idemudia retired group general manager of Greenfield Refineries(NNPC Group) and Patricia Idemudia, a reverend and founder of victory group of the school. Etinosa started her primary education at victory international school, Warri, secondary education at Cambridge international school and imagination education centre, Benin, Edo state. She is a Nigerian actress, a social media influence, filmmaker and internet celebrity. She is best known for her online comedy skits which she began producing and sharing, first on her Instagram channel. She has featured in series of movies and she is also known for acting humorous movies.
On my 16 march 2019, Etinosa appeared nude on MC Galaxy live video which sparked lots of controversies against her and became a top of discussion as at 2019.the video was released a week after MC Galaxy was accused of paying girls to go naked on his Instagram page which he later denied, her reason for going naked was because she was high on alcohol and when she was confronted about the situation, she sounded unapologetic about it and said she wanted to be expressive with her body.
As at December 2019, there was a controversy on social media following the rumour of the actress having a romantic relationship with a young artiste name Christopher, who goes by moriensound on Instagram. When asked on her opinion about the rumour, she posted intimate pictures and videos of them together with a caption “age is nothing but a number”, “my happy place”, “missing you already”.
Meanwhile, during the beginning of the year, the actress had a clash of words with Victoria Inyama on Instagram by calling her jobless and frustrated old mother. This was as a result of Etinosa’s comment towards Apostle Johnson Suleman of omega fire ministry and her desecrating the Holy book.
Sources gotten from vanguard online media states that the Nollywood actress, Etinosa Idemudia launched a live competition on her Instagram page on April 22, 2020, for intending actors to showcase their acting skill as well as win cash prize while standing a chance to get noticed by a casting director. It was further gathered that the actor said the competition was inspired by her zeal to give back to the society and necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. In some of her words, the Edo born actor said: “during this location, I have seen a lot of online shows coming up so much opportunity to do things I love so much. The fact that I am not in a movie production doesn’t mean I can’t act so I thought of Instagram live acting talent show and it is run by many of my colleagues who liked the idea. It was a great way to connect with fans”.
She added that she was excited that she is using the platform to reach out to society.
