In the early hours of Tuesday, a tragic accident unfolded on the Oru Ijebu-Igbo Road in Ogun State, resulting in the loss of three lives and injuries to several others. Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency spokesperson, Babatunde Akinbiyi, confirmed the incident, sharing that the Camry owner, teaching his wife to drive on the highway, fled the scene upon realizing the gravity of the accident. Akinbiyi explained that the woman, driving the vehicle, pressed the accelerator instead of the brake, colliding with the loaded tricycle.
