It has been reported that the Federal Capital Territory Police Command has arrested two individuals, Kulu Dogonyaro and Elizabeth Ojah, for attempting to traffic children. The police rescued five minors who had been taken by the suspects.
The suspects were intercepted while attempting to bring the children into the Federal Capital Territory. The rescued children, aged between six and 12, have been handed over to the Sokoto State Police Command for further investigation and to be reunited with their families. The suspects are currently in police custody and will be charged in court after the completion of investigations.
The FCT command urges residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the police.
