In a swift operation on Sunday, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command successfully rescued two individuals who were kidnapped in the Guto village, located in the Bwari Area Council of Abuja. The victims, identified as Mart Ojadi, 15 years old, and Evelyn Chinaza, 12 years old, were abducted by gunmen who stormed the village in the early hours of Sunday morning.
According to Josephine Adeh, the spokesperson for the FCT Police Command, the Anti-Kidnapping Unit of the police and the Department of State Services (DSS) immediately launched a joint operation to apprehend the kidnappers.
