The two reigning stars in the Fuji music scene who are most illustrious and wealthiest in the music industry spread their tentacles as they venture into businesses to expand their horizon.
According to the report K1 De Ultimate Alh. Wasiu Ayinde Omogbolahan Marshal added another novel idea by going into real estate business “MAYEGUN ROYAL COURT” on a partnership with Propitix Homes.
On the other hand, It is of no doubt that PK1st Alh. Abass Akande Obesere the Agbaakin Abobagunwa of Yoruba land has from time been a role model setting up a legacy that both the Big Guns in the Fuji Music World and also the Middle-Class Fuji Stars emulates.
The Nigerian-British Alh. Abass Akande Obesere the originator of Egungun Be Careful the Chairman Board of Trustee of Buruj Sports Academy who is vast trending as the rave of the moment has been referred to as the first Fuji Musician to venture into Real Estate Business way back in Dublin and England and in Nigeria known as “OBESERE HOUSING ESTATE” presently in partnership with G-Text Homes creating an indelible imprint. He is a pioneer when it comes to wealth creation outside the Music World.
When approached on the fact that his colleagues in the Fuji Industry are now investing their acquired wealth in other spheres of the Economy.
He responded “First of all, I give thanks to God Almighty for allowing this to happen in the Fuji industry.
“It’s a good thing to know that doing traditional music hasn’t limited our corporate intelligence as Fuji artistes.
I had gotten the perception of life after Fuji Music from the very start and during the hay days, I also call the attention of my colleagues advising them not to squander all their wealth on luxuries, cos in every profession there will always be a time you have to retire, Then you ask yourself What Next?
“However, I would say that I have been into real estate for 12 years now and no doubt about that. I have proofs for that and those who know can testify to it.
“So if any of my colleagues now ventures into real estate, it’s a welcome development. It’s better to encourage others and serve as role models instead of having grudges or beef among ourselves. So, if I started real estate over a decade ago, and a colleague is doing that now, as I said, it’s a good one for the Fuji industry,”
I’m still very much active in the music scene as seen in my latest release “STAND OUT” currently spreading very fast and also been an accomplished act making greater exploit while also expanding my brand. Mr. Stand Out reacted.
According to K1 De Ultimate when speaking on his dream Mayegun Royal Court Project said the essence of the project is to further attract development to ijebuland in particular and also provide quality housing units that can be compared with the best all over the world. He added that the project is billed to be completed in 18months time.
