The motorcyclist, fulfilling his duty of transporting passengers, unknowingly carried his assailants to an unknown destination. In a heart-wrenching turn of events, he was mercilessly attacked and lost his life at the hands of these gunmen.
To add to the tragedy, the assailants callously fled the scene with the victim’s motorcycle, leaving behind a lifeless body and a community grappling with the shock of this brutal act.
As the news of this harrowing incident spread, attempts to seek the police’s perspective were met with challenges. The Police Public Relations Officer, Adewale Osifeso, proved unreachable, leaving the community and the victim’s family in a state of uncertainty and grief.
