Taiye Ojo, 13, was electrocuted to death on Thursday in her home in the Makoko neighborhood of Yaba, Lagos State.
The tragedy occurred on Thursday as the teen was fleeing the compound from a barking dog.
Further Information revealed that Taiye was on her way to the restroom on the premises when the dog began barking.
Terrified by the canine’s way of behaving, she was said to have endeavored to run a long way from the canine’s compass.
Our reporter further discovered that during the time spent escaping, the young lady inadvertently contacted the outside unit of a forced air system and she was shocked.
She was said to have been hurried to a close by medical clinic where she was affirmed
The advancement was said to have caused fear among occupants of the house and their neighbors.

A police report looking into the issue located by our journalist read, “Data has it that a canine was woofing at her (the departed) while she was going to the latrine and when she attempted to escape from the canine, her hand erroneously contacted the window unit forced air system which shocked her.
“The DPO led the patrol team and detectives to the scene, but the deceased had already been rushed to the hospital, where she died,”
