Nigerian artiste, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, aka MohBad, is dead.

The former Marlian record signee reportedly died on Tuesday at the age of 27.
Mohbad had been a rising star in the Nigerian music scene, known for his distinctive blend of pop, Afrobeat, and hip-hop. He also gained recognition for his talent as a songwriter and lyricist.

In 2022, Mohbad released his debut album titled “Imole,” which achieved considerable commercial success. The album featured hit tracks like “See My Benz,” “Kimi,” and “Ronaldo,” solidifying his position in the industry.

Earlier, Nigerian rapper, Olamide Adedeji, popularly known as Olamide shared a cryptic message on his X handle.
Damn! Mohbad (sic)”In another tweet, Olamide posted, “This life (sic)”. This news has left a lot of fans and colleagues in a state of mourning.

An old video which shows Bella Shmurda saying Mohbad was battling mental health issues recently resurfaced online minutes after reports of the singers death.

Although the location and time of the singers death has not been fully revealed.
