The acting Chairman of Oredo Local Government Council, Hon. Engr. Gabriel Iduseri, recently welcomed a delegation of acting Vice Chairmen from the 18 Local Government Areas during a strategic meeting at the Council Secretariat.
Led by Hon. Engr. Joseph Oke, acting Vice Chairman of Oredo LGA, the delegation expressed their appreciation for Hon. Iduseri’s warm welcome, people-centred leadership, and transformative ideas. The courtesy visit aimed to establish strong synergy between the Vice Chairmen and the Council Boss, a partnership vital for effective governance and grassroots development.
Hon. Oke assured the Chairman Iduseri of the acting Vice Chairmen’s full support for his “Project SHINE Agenda”–aligned efforts to make Oredo a model Local Government in Edo State.

The Vice Chairmen additionally announced plans to visit key stakeholders in the state, including the Office of the Governor, His Excellency Senator Monday Okpebholo, to further strengthen partnerships.
In response the acting Chairman Iduseri thanked the visitors for their commitment, holding that this meeting is a major step towards fostering strong cooperation and understanding among local government administrators.
