The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has graciously presented a new list of commissioner-nominees to the esteemed state House of Assembly.
During plenary on Monday, the clerk of the House, Olalekan Onafeko, read a letter containing a fresh list that was signed by Mr. Sanwo-Olu.
In the letter, the governor kindly requested the lawmakers to “thoroughly evaluate these nominees for clearance.”
“The formation of the state executive council is an important milestone in our shared efforts to promote fairness, equality, and prosperity in Lagos state,” he remarked.
The list consists of 18 names, which include individuals who were previously not approved by the lawmakers.
