“It is no gainsaying that the peace that is a common factor in the governance of the state is attributable to your sound mind which you have continually fallen back on when issues of conflict want to arise between the different arms of government.
“Your emergence as Deputy Chairman Conference of Speakers of State Legislators is a pointer to your deep knowledge of Legislative duties.
“Your constituents have a good recommendation to make about your giant strides in ensuring that they never lag behind when the issue bothers on good governance benefits.
