“That apart, you have also shown an uncommon knack for hard work and dedication while leveraging on the pole position you occupy to contribute your quota to the smooth running of the affairs of government in the acclaimed Big Heart State.
“It is no gainsaying that the peace that is a common factor in the governance of the state is attributable to your sound mind which you have continually fallen back on when issues of conflict want to arise between the different arms of government.
“Your emergence as Deputy Chairman Conference of Speakers of State Legislators is a pointer to your deep knowledge of Legislative duties.
