Visit by Mrs. Priscilla Otti to the 21 pregnant young girls who were rescued from the baby factory in Umunkpei, Nvosi, in Isialangwa South LGA On Tuesday, Mrs. Priscilla Otti, wife of the governor of Abia State, paid an unscheduled visit to the 21 pregnant young girls who were rescued from the baby factory in Umunkpei, Nvosi, in Isialangwa South.The first lady of Abia visits rescued prisoners from a baby factory

Although the government is temporarily providing care for the girls, Mrs. Otti described the incident as heartbreaking and expressed sadness and disappointment over it.

She expressed regret that such a heinous act was committed in Abia State and promised that the government would work with homes, churches, and other stakeholders to provide the necessary assistance to take care of the exploited young girls and children in the state.

Talking prior, the Executive, Madonna School of Wellbeing Innovation, Olokoro, where the young ladies are being restored, Fire up. Father Christian Anokwuru described how the public authority carried the detainees to the maternity segment of the School of Wellbeing to really focus on them.

He revealed that approximately 20 girls are pregnant despite having undergone the necessary scans and tests, and that one of them has given birth. He promised the first lady that they would be taken care of adequately.
