The need of sport in Edo state- Drew Uyi

FIFA Licensed Football Agent, Entertainer, Investor, and Philanthropist. Drew Uyi – born Andrew Uyi Ogbomoide in Birmingham UK, had brief primary education in Benin City, Edo State, before concluding his High School in Switzerland and Germany.#DrewUyi

A Sports and Events Management graduate from the London Metropolitan University, London. He holds a Master’s of Arts degree in Human Resources from the London University of ART.
He is a Licensed Football Agent, PR Guru & Brand Strategist, and Talents & Events Manager. He has managed and worked with some big names in the Sports, African Music, and Entertainment industry. He is fondly called Dr. Drew by his admirers because of his ‘Spin Doctor’ skills. He is a strong association of the AY Live Comedy Show and One Africa Music Fest brand.  These days, he is more into Sport. After taking a short break, he has gone back to his first love which is Sports Management – working with the likes of Victor Moses, Ahmed Musa, Odion Ighalo, and many Premiership players. According to Drew, “he is in sports to change the narrative of Africa athletes as they have been managed poorly in the past and also strongly believe in developing Africa athletes brands value to increase their market value.”  During the interview with obaland magazine, he revealed the need for the state government to be a more functional part when it comes to sport in Edo state.
