Tinubu’s administration will build 1,000 homes in seven states, according to VP Shettima.

Shettima, who was on behalf of President Tinubu, made the disclosure over the weekend in Maiduguri, Borno State, during the commissioning of projects that the State Government had completed within the previous one hundred days.

The Vice President claims that the President has authorized the transfer of N50 billion to the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) in order to initiate the Pulaku initiative, a non-kinetic response to the crisis affecting the northwest region’s populace.

He claims that “the President has approved the construction of one thousand houses for the Fulani community in Sokoto, Kebbi, Katsina, Zamfara, Kaduna, Niger, and Benue, with all ancillary facilities such as schools, clinics, veterinary clinics, and ranches;” He insisted that all of the victims must be transported with him in Kaduna and Benue.

He went on to say that the development efforts of President Tinubu will benefit all parts of the country and that the Federal Government planned to restart wheat production.

Talking further, the VP noticed that President Tinubu knew about difficulties facing Nigerians and would put forth attempts to address them.

He said “Issues defying Nigerians will be tended to. We will utilize all suitable vehicles to fix things. President Tinubu has good intentions for this nation and not set in stone to change the fortunes of the country to improve things.

“He is a person filled with a lot of empathy for the less fortunate in the society,” she continued. The circumstances in which we have found ourselves were the source of some of the agonizing decisions that the government made.

“Be have confidence that in the next few long stretches of time, this administration will reveal a great deal of undertakings and projects that will contact the existences of many.”

The VP who was cheered by a joyous group, especially younger students during the dispatching of undertakings executed by the State government in no less than 100 days, praised the vision and authority of Legislative head of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Zulum, especially in tending to the government assistance of individuals.

He emphasized, “I want to thank him for all the empathy and support and most importantly for putting Borno first.” The VP commissioned the Shuwari ll Community School and Healthcare Centre, one of 77 new projects completed in 100 days under Governor Zulum’s administration.
