An EDodo based internet fraudster, Irabor Osarumwemse, who pretends to be US actor, Daniel Craig, has been convicted by the Edo state high court.
The convict was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC), Benin zonal command for Impersonating Daniel Craig and obtaining money from his victims by false pretense.
Irabor who was arraigned on a one count charge pleaded guilty before the court and was sentenced to two years imprisonment with an option of fine of #200,000.
The presiding judge, Justice S.M Shuaibu, also ordered that his phone be forfeited to the federal government and that he sign an undertaken to be of good character following his conviction.
