Why there is so much skin exposed in ‘Shanty Town’ according to Ini Edo

Ini Edo, a well-known actress, has stated that the narrative of the new film series in which she plays a leading part, ‘Shanty Town,’ features extensive nudity.

She talked about this in an interview with Saturday Beats, saying, “There are a lot of individuals, male and female, even youngsters going through these things” (such as prostitution and assault shown in the movie). We are casting light on a basic problem, and people are concerned about nudity. How could you really discuss prostitution without showing any bare skin? It’s illogical, yet the majority of people get it. There are always going to be a few people who don’t agree, but eventually, they’ll see the light.

She also mentioned that she had to undergo extensive training, particularly for the battle sequences, in order to get ready for her role in the limited series. “It challenged me. It was mandated that I train in several forms of martial arts, including taekwondo, karate, and kickboxing. Thankfully, I got to work with some top-notch pros. They were patient enough to show me the ropes, from training to technique, so that I could land my blows with pinpoint accuracy. Fun times, which I now long for. I can see myself making the time to do it for myself. Fighting is in my blood.

Co-producer Edo said, “We overshot our budget. We had some difficulty and it was tough. When they so choose, some Nigerians may be rather hypocritical. We’re working to shed light on some serious social problems.

She remarked, “It is a dream come true to be a mother and have a successful profession” (come true). Always keeping my daughter in mind influences my decisions. As far as when I do them, I have my priorities set. It’s true that I don’t need to leave the house for a week.
