The Rehabilitation and Construction of 565 roads stretching over 737 km, spread across Edo State by the Godwin Obaseki led administration has been described as a bold statement and testimonial that will speak for the governor.

In the words of some commuters who now use the roads, even though there are no funfare to commission them for use as it is customary with other administrations, the roads have ensured that people move freely in those areas.

They extolled the virtues of the Governor who prefers to be judged by his performance, especially for the creation of new roads linking communities in his developmental programmes.

They were also enthusiastic about the quality of execution of the road projects which are sufficiently solid and executed by reputable contractors, stressing that the roads will speak for the governor.

According to the commuters, when the communities are linked with roads, their economy are integrated into the national and state economies.
