The of the agreement for the FIFA Forward Goal Project to be sitted at Ugborodo-Escsrvos in Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State was signed at the NFF secretariat in Abuja on Tuesday with the FIFA Forward Goal Project Manager Charity Kadiri and the CEO of Monimichell Sports Mr. Ebi Egbe.
Mr. Kadiri speaking on behalf of the NFF President stated that the choice of Ugborodo-Escsrvos for the project was ideal so as to take the development of football which is a unifying factor to the Creeks of the Niger Delta region.
Kadiri also assured the CEO of Monimichell Sports Facility Construction Company Mr. Ebi Egbe of both FIFA and NFF readiness to provide the necessary logistics and support to actualize the completion of the project.
Ebi Egbe on his part thanked the Soccer Federation and promise that his company is totally dedicated to the FIFA Forward Goal Project and promised to deliver on the scheduled date.
The FIFA Forward Goal Project is an initiative of the Football World Governing to promote the game at the grass-root level with a modest standard playing pitch
