As the good people of Edo State celebrate the Easter festivities, the Commissioner of Police CP Monday Agbonika, fdc, has extended his warmest greetings and heartfelt wishes to all Christians celebrating this auspicious occasion commemorating the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ to be reminded of the values of love, peace, humility and unity that this occasion embodies.
In order to ensure a peaceful and safe celebration, the Command has put in place robust security measures including Operation Show of Force, deployment of uniformed and plainclothed Officers who have been deployed to areas where high human and vehicular traffic is expected such as shopping malls, recreation centers, and other strategic locations to maintain vigilance and respond promptly to any security concern.
