NiMet Don Warn Say Thunderstorm and Strong Wind Go Affect Some Parts of Nigeria.

Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) don forecast say cloudy weather, thunderstorm and moderate rain go happen for different parts of Nigeria today, Monday, August 24, 2026.

For Northern Nigeria, NiMet talk say some areas go get plenty cloud for morning time. For afternoon and evening, thunderstorm wey go follow moderate rain fit happen for some places.

For North Central area, cloudy weather go dey for morning. Later for afternoon and evening, some places for Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nasarawa, Benue, Kogi, Niger and Plateau go fit get thunderstorm plus moderate rain.

For Southern Nigeria, cloudy sky go dey for morning. Small rain fit fall for some parts of Ebonyi, Enugu, Cross River and Akwa Ibom. For afternoon and evening, moderate rain fit dey fall from time to time for plenty areas for the region.
