On his part, counsel for the AGF, Tijjani Ghazali (SAN), contended that Emefiele’s capture and confinement by the DSS was a managerial choice of the chief arm of government and asked the court not to meddle.
Daudu, Emefiele’s attorney, disagreed, asserting that the suit had merit.
Today is the deadline for Justice Muazu to decide whether or not he has the authority to hear the case and to consider Emefiele’s prayers.
