Residents of Oredo East have been presented with a development-focused agenda by aspiring leader Osamuede Edebiri, who says the constituency is at a critical point requiring purposeful and innovative leadership.
In a statement on Tuesday, Edebiri outlined his vision for the area, emphasising the need to move away from traditional approaches and adopt practical solutions to longstanding challenges affecting residents.
He said his plan prioritises youth empowerment through skills development, support for small and local businesses, and strategic investment in infrastructure aimed at improving daily life across the constituency.
According to him, effective leadership must be rooted in grassroots engagement, noting that his approach would focus on listening to residents, understanding their needs, and delivering measurable results.
Edebiri also pledged to promote transparency and accountability in governance, stressing that rebuilding public trust remains central to his agenda.
He added that his vision for Oredo East is one of inclusive growth, where development reaches all communities and residents have a voice in decision-making.
The statement positions his ambition as part of a broader push for sustainable development and unity within the constituency.
