Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Delta Central, Chief Paulinus Akpeki has called on all well meaning sons and daughters of Delta State to rally round the progressive move made by His Excellency, Rt. Hon Sheriff Oborevwori and the entire people’s Democratic Party, PDP structure in the state to the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The call was contained in a statement welcoming the Governor and the entire PDP leadership to the APC, issued in Asaba, Delta State,
According to Chief Akpeki, a former member of the House of Representatives and Constituent Assembly member, the historic move of the new defectors is in support of President Bola Tinubu’s transformative Agenda for Nigeria.
“This realignment for the continued support and commitment in consolidating the Renewed Hope Agenda of Mr. President in Delta State will ensure the the dividend of Democracy in the state.
“It is with immense pleasure and admiration that I join other APC members in the state to welcome His Excellency, Sheriff Oborevwori, His Excellency Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa and the entire PDP family to the APC.
“It is now obvious that with this development, there are better days ahead for Delta State,” he added.
