Nigeria Renews Bid for Permanent UN Security Council Seat

Obaland Magazine Learned that the leader of a political party  and Ex-Priminister Matteo Salvini”  During the contest of the Open Arms Accuse, He quoted “ I am proud to have worked to protect my country by respecting the law, waking up Europe, and saving lives.” Thus the leader of the League, Matteo Salvini. “Worried? Not really.”

“The Public Prosecutor of Palermo has asked for indictment and trial against me for kidnapping, 15 years in prison the foreseen penalty”. “If this is to cause me problems and suffering, I take it upon myself with joy. Do not do harm, fear not to have”, concludes the leader of the League.
It was formally Noted by the Public prosecutor of the Italian Tribunal, When the Public Prosecutor of Palermo has asked for indictment and trial against me for kidnapping, 15 years in prison the foreseen penalty”. “If this is to cause me problems and suffering, I take it upon myself with joy. Do not do harm, fear not to have”, concludes the leader of the League.
The Chief Prosecutor of Palermo Francesco Lo Voi, at the end of the discussion, requested the indictment of the former Minister of the Interior Matteo Salvini, accused of kidnapping and refusal of official documents in the proceedings for the Open case Arms. Salvini is accused of having “illegally” detained 147 migrants aboard the Spanish NGO in August 2019. Unlike the Catania Public Prosecutor’s Office, which in the Gregoretti case asks not to proceed, the magistrates of Palermo ask for the leader of the League the process.  The discussion was supported by the three magistrates present in the courtroom, in the bunker of the Ucciardone prison in Palermo. The first to speak was the prosecutor Marzia Sabella, followed by the prosecutor Geri Ferrara. The Head of the Prosecutor’s Office Francesco Lo Voi concluded. “We would not see how in a case like this we cannot ask for an indictment”, reiterated the magistrate. “There was no sharing, the decision was exclusive of the Minister of the Interior, who, as the texts say, took it and made it known, as Luigi Di Maio says, generally with a Tweet or other forms of publication only later the other components of the government “. The former Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, during the deposition made in Catania in the preliminary hearing of the Gregoretti case, says the prosecutor “expressed himself very clearly on the fact that the responsibility for the administrative act of granting the pos went back to the exclusive competence of the Minister of the Interior, as did the Minister of the Interior Lamorgese and the other witnesses and Minister Di Maio, adding that the administrative action was the responsibility of the Minister of the Interior “. Lo Voi reiterated that the granting of the ‘safe harbor’ (place of safety or pos) “belongs exclusively to the Minister of the Interior”. “The failure to grant the pos was learned, so the ministers say, like Luigi Di Maio only after the adoption of the decision itself”.  “This is not at all a political act, but it was exclusively an administrative act”. “Not only does it continue to be an administrative act, but adds the former Prime Minister Conte, who has never discussed individual cases in the Council of Ministers, much less the details of individual cases. The CDM has never dealt with the granting of PSs. “concludes. “The problem of redistribution was a general problem that was not related to individual cases.”
