Students of Chief PDO Akpeki House, Okotie-Eboh Grammar School, Sapele have commended their patron, Chief Paulinus Akpeki, the Ugo of Okpe Kingdom, for his encouragement to the students that made them win for four years consistently during the annual inter-house sports competition of the school.
The Students who met with their patron in his house at Sapele, Delta State, to present two trophies won at the last inter-house sports competition described Chief Akpeki as a good patron who is always available and giving them moral and financial support every year.
According to the Game Master, Omajugho Julius, for four years now, Chief PDO Akpeki’s House has been winning at least two trophies every year.
“On the day of the inter-house sport, Chief Akpeki is always there to give the students words of encouragement to energize them, and with this motivation they always emerge victorious,” he noted.
Apparently impressed with the performance of the Students, Chief PDO Akpeki, who is the Chairman of the All Progressive Congress, APC, in Delta Central doled out cash gifts to each of the students, entertained them and urged them to continue to be victorious.
He also commended the game master for leading the senior and junior teams to win consistently for the past four years
