A tragic incident has occurred in Lagos, where an interior designer, Deborah Moses, popularly known as Deb’rah Porsche, was murdered by her ex-boyfriend. The suspect, who had been making threats against Deborah after she ended their relationship over a year ago, disguised himself as a dispatch rider to gain access to her estate.
According to reports, the suspect attempted to cause an explosion by cutting the cooking gas pipe outside Deborah’s house, but when that plan failed, he broke into her apartment and stabbed her multiple times. Neighbors restrained the suspect after the attack and handed him over to the police.

Deborah’s relative revealed that she had been receiving threats from the suspect, who had been refusing to move on after their breakup. The relative stated, “If I don’t have you, nobody will. If I don’t marry you, blood will flow.” Deborah had just completed her National Youth Service Corps program and was building her career when the tragedy occurred.
The police have confirmed the incident, and the case has been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department. Activists and family members are demanding justice for Deborah and calling for a thorough investigation.
