The Ogun State People group, Social Direction and Wellbeing Corps, otherwise known as So-Safe Corps, has captured a 20-year-old suspect, recognized exclusively as Ridwan, for supposedly killing his dad, Ishau, in Oshoku town, in the Ijebu North Neighborhood Government Region of the state.
Ridwan was asserted to have perpetrated the wrongdoing
The Head of Data and Advertising of the Corps, Right hand Commandant Moruf Yusuf, affirmed the episode in an explanation on Friday.
The assertion read, ” officials of the corps on a standard watch heard a weird commotion in a structure while at Oshoku town in the Ijebu North Neighborhood Government Region. To confirm what was going on, the police entered the building. In any case, regrettably, they found a man lying dormant in a pool of blood as the supposed executioner ran away from the area.”
The Corps Leader, Soji Ganzallo, was said to have taught the Zonal Authority, Ijebu Zonal Order, Marcus Ayankoya, to get the suspect captured in 24 hours or less.
The suspect was from that point captured where he was concealing in a shrub.
Ridwan was said to have admitted to killing his father with a knife and a rope tied around his neck for ritual purposes. He also allegedly removed some parts of his father’s body.
Ganzallo said that the suspect told corps officers that a ritualist he identified as Baba Kekere asked him to take out his private parts, larynx, and four teeth.
Ridwan was, notwithstanding, said to have wouldn’t unveil the whereabouts of the ritualist.
The corps said the suspect was moved to the Ogbere Police Divisional Base camp for additional examination and arraignment.
