Edo State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Dr. Samson Osagie has emphasized the importance of peace and harmony with leaders and members of Irue Ward in the Uhunmwode Local Government Area of Edo State.
The Attorney General stated this in his office stressing the importance of the promotion of peace and unity in the local government area.
According to him, there is the need to involve everyone in the peace building process to give everyone a sense of belonging
Drawing from his personal experience as a native of Uhunmwode who received support from various individuals to succeed, he encouraged the delegates to work together in unity, aligning with the Governor Monday Okpebholo government’s philosophy of unity of purpose.
The delegation from Irue community which was led by Hon Efionayi Ogbemudia said they were in the office of the Attorney General to chart the course of peace and harmony, pledging their unalloyed support for government’s policies and programmes and prayed that God gives the Attorney General the wisdom and knowledge to pilot the affairs of his office.
