The Oyo State Police Command has arrested three suspected railway infrastructure vandals and recovered stolen rail tracks valued at approximately ₦200 million, in what authorities describe as a significant breakthrough in the fight against the vandalism of critical national assets.

According to the police, the suspects were intercepted while allegedly transporting the stolen rail tracks, which were reportedly destined for Lagos.
