Terrorist Attack on NIS Facility in Kebbi Leaves Four Dead, Highlights Security Challenges in the Region

We are deeply saddened by this loss and extend our condolences to the families of the deceased.”

Udo also assured that the NIS is committed to securing the nation’s borders and enhancing national security, despite the challenges posed by the attack. The Kebbi State Police Command also reported a similar incident, where four people, including a resident and three telecom contractors, were killed by suspected Lakurawa bandits in Gumki village, Arewa Local Government Area of the state.
