The FCT Police Command has denied reports of an attempted assassination on Lieutenant Ahmed Yarima, who was allegedly trailed by unidentified persons in two unmarked Hilux vans in Kubwa on Sunday evening.
According to the police spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh, no such incident has been reported or recorded within the Federal Capital Territory, and the public is advised to disregard the false information and desist from spreading unverified claims.
The police command urges residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the nearest Police Division, ensuring the safety of all residents.
