Dr. Ernest Afolabi Umakhihe, a renowned public servant and former federal Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, was awarded an Award of Merit in recognition of his outstanding contributions to public service and his career-long commitment to advancing Nigeria’s agricultural sector.
