Heaters are major electricity consumers. To reduce their impact, consider lowering the temperature, using timers, and ensuring your home is well-insulated.

 

2. Water Heaters (13.6%)

Water heaters, especially with frequent use for showers or dishwashing, consume substantial energy. Maintaining the heater and setting lower temperatures can help cut costs.

 

3. Cooling Appliances (10.7%)

Air conditioners, refrigerators, and freezers consume a lot of power. Opting for energy-efficient models and ensuring proper maintenance can reduce energy consumption.

 

4. Refrigerators (4%)
