Twelve travelers were said to have died in a boat accident that happened at the Kogi Kungra Kamfani Waterway in Arikiya, Lafia Neighborhood Government Region of the Nasarawa State.

“Nineteen individuals were ready, 12 passed on and seven were saved. Lafia Neighborhood Government Region and our dear state have been tossed into grieving over this miserable occurrence.
“For myself, good individuals and individuals from staff of the get together, we mourn with the deprived families, Lafia Neighborhood Government Region and the state government over their demises in the boat mishap.
“We prayed God for the rest of their spirits and that God ought to pardon their inadequacies and award them everlasting rest.”
