Edo State Ministry of Youth and Humanitarian Affairs will be organizing a three-day (two alternate days) Midwest Youth and Students Summit in Benin City.
A statement issued by the Director of Youth, Ministry of Youth and Humanitarian Affairs, Mr. Asiriuwa Victor (JP) disclosed that the Midwest Youth and Students Summit will begin on February 9th 2023.
According to him, there will be a novelty football match between the football teams of the National Youth Council, Edo State Chapter and Usen Poly on Thursday February 9th in the main bowl of the mini stadium at Western Boys High School, Ikpoba Hill Benin City by 4pm. On Friday, February 10th, a Symposium on Youths Participation and Electoral Violence will hold at the Imaguero College Hall, Sapele Road. On Tuesday, the 21st of February, there will be a Seminar on the proposed Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy for Edo State at the Multipurpose Hall of the Egor Local Government Area Secretariat, Uselu and the time for the event is 10 am.
The Director of Youth called on all Edo Youths and students to grace all the activities lined up for the Summit.
