Dare Ogundare, the Ekiti State Commissioner of Police, paraded 17 suspects on Saturday for various offenses.
The suspects included four recipients of stolen goods and eight men arrested in connection with bank robberies in the state.On June 16, 2023, a man who had vandalized a transformer died by electrocution in Kogi
Additionally, a military impersonator and three others were apprehended in connection with cattle rustling and kidnapping.
According to Ogundare, “The command’s Rapid Response Squad arrested one Dele Ajayi, Ifeanyi Emmanuel, Segun Ojo, Raymond Francis, Godwin Emeka, and Odiri Isaac all in Ikorodu, Lagos State, for their involvement in several bank robberies” in response to a “credible tip-off.”
