Three Headless Bodies Found in Ondo River, Police Investigate

According to the Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Olayinka Alayande, the bodies were likely dumped in the river by unidentified individuals from outside the state or carried to the location by the river’s current. The police have evacuated the bodies and deposited them at the morgue of the state General Hospital, Ore.

A local youth leader, Shileola, described the situation as horrifying, saying, “I was shocked when I first heard about it over the phone. I rushed to the scene, hoping to identify the victims through their clothing or any other means, but all efforts proved abortive.” The community is in a state of panic, with many suspecting that the victims may have been killed for ritual purposes before being dumped in the river
