Dangote yan say refinery share fit reach 10,000, small investors go get first chance.

Aliko Dangote wey be oga for Dangote Industries Limited don yan say the shares wey dem dey sell for Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE for 525 each fit jaga jaga go up if the company still dey grow and dey do well.

Dangote yan say as refinery dey ready for IPO, e fit turn one of the biggest public share sales for Africa. di offer cover 4 person dem 1 billion normal shares, each one dey cost 525 naira. Dangote don also make am clear say the share offer no be only for raising money. The company want make ordinary people get chance to own part of the refinery. Dangote say dem dey target up to 10 million shareholders across Africa, including salary earners and people wey no get plenty money. Person fit start with 10 shares, wey go cost ₦5,250 for the current offer price.

According to reports about Dangote recent statement, the businessman believe say the refinery share fit bring strong return for investors for long term if the company continue to expand and make good business. But any future price like ₦10,000 per share na only prediction, e no be guarantee. The real price for the market go depend on how the company perform, how many people want buy the share, market condition and the general state of the economy.

The planned public share sale dey come as Dangote Refinery continue with big plans to expand the business. The company don announce plans to increase the refinery capacity to about 1.4 million barrels of crude oil per day, together with more investment for energy and petrochemical projects.

Reuters report say Dangote Refinery make $1.82 billion profit for the first six months of 2026, compared with $476 million loss during the same period for 2025.

The refinery, wey start operation for 2024, don become important part of Nigeria plan to increase local oil refining and reduce the country dependence on imported petroleum products. The planned IPO therefore fit give Nigerians and other Africans wider chance to own part of one of Africa biggest industrial projects.

Even so, investors need understand say the current ₦525 offer price no mean say the share must later reach ₦10,000. Share investment get risk, and the value of investment fit go up or come down. People wey want invest need depend on the approved offer document and authorized channels when the IPO open.
