Following the accident that happened around 1pm, crisis responders who raged the scene, hurried a yet-to-be-distinguished driver to the clinic for brief treatment.
Around noon, the Lexus driven by the driver collided with the stationary truck at the Otedola end of the expressway.
The Area Authority, Government Street Security Corps, Lagos State, Babatunde Farinloye, said the accident was brought about by speeding, adding that seven people were associated with the accident.
