Di report talk say dem dey discuss personal terms for Gakpo too, while Liverpool dey consider wetin dem go do after di late approach from di Premier League champions.

Gakpo future don dey more uncertain since Liverpool don make move for Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola. Liverpool don agree deal wey fit reach £123 million for di France international, wey be big investment wey go make competition for attacking positions for Anfield strong.

Manchester City interest for Gakpo don increase after di club attacking options don suffer because Savinho and Omar Marmoush don leave go Tottenham. Sky Sports don report say City dey consider Gakpo among dem options but dem no start club-to-club negotiation with Liverpool before.

Di matter don change now, as formal discussion don dey happen between di two Premier League clubs.

Gakpo, 27, still get contract with Liverpool till 2030. E join di Reds from PSV Eindhoven and don show say e be important attacking option wey fit play for different positions for di forward line.

If e go leave, e go still be big decision for Liverpool, especially as di club dey go through major reshaping for dem attacking department. Reuters don report say di Barcola deal dey part of Liverpool bigger effort to strengthen di squad after Mohamed Salah don leave and Ekitike don get injury.

Manchester City, on di other hand, dey try maintain enough depth for wide attacking positions. Di squad situation don become more serious after di expected departures of Savinho and Marmoush, while Jack Grealish don also attract interest from other Premier League clubs. Sky Sports don note say City no name any recognised winger for dia bench during dia recent victory over Crystal Palace.

Reports from The Times show say Manchester City dey ready to make offer wey fit reach £85 million for Gakpo after di talk with Liverpool don start. But di exact structure and value of any potential agreement still dey subject to negotiation between di clubs.

Gakpo reported preference for Manchester City fit become important factor as di negotiation dey progress. Reports dey show say Tottenham Hotspur don also show interest for di Netherlands international, but di forward dey prefer move go Pep Guardiola side.

Despite di growing speculation, no final transfer agreement don confirm at di time of reporting. Liverpool must also decide if to sell Gakpo at dis late stage of di window go leave dem well covered for attack, especially as di club dey continue to look for more attacking reinforcements.

For Manchester City, to secure Gakpo go give dem proven Premier League forward wey get versatility, physical presence and di ability to contribute from multiple attacking positions. For Liverpool, di decision fit depend on di balance between di financial value of any potential transfer and di need to keep enough quality and depth for di rest of di campaign.

As di transfer window dey come close to di end, di negotiation over Gakpo future fit become one of di defining late developments for di Premier League transfer market.
