The Ogun State Police Command has made significant strides in addressing the recent robbery attacks on students of Gateway Polytechnic, Saapade.
Three individuals, identified as Taiwo Oredoyin, Taiwo Kuti, and Folorunsho Saheed, were apprehended during a proactive stop-and-search operation after a security summit organized by Commissioner of Police, CP Abiodun Alamutu.
The suspects, residents of Isara town, were found with a locally fabricated pistol, two live cartridges, and two Samsung phones.
Currently undergoing interrogation, they will be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department for a thorough investigation.
