The exercise, carried out under the leadership of the Executive Chairman of Oredo Local Government, Hon. Engr. Gabriel Iduseri, underscores the administration’s commitment to environmental sanitation, public health, and community development.

Speaking during the exercise, the Acting Head of Department (HOD) for Environment, Mrs. Okunbor Esosa, and the Supervisor for Environment, Hon. Austin Odigie, highlighted the importance of maintaining a clean environment, noting that cleanliness remains critical to disease prevention, public safety, and economic growth.

They reaffirmed the council’s determination to sustain the sanitation campaign and ensure that residents continue to enjoy a healthy and conducive environment.

Also speaking, the Head of Works Department, Engr. Ogbemudia Eghosa, and the Special Adviser on Environment, Mr. Nosa Kingsley Uwagboe Esq., emphasized the need for residents and business owners to support the initiative by maintaining proper sanitation practices within their communities.

Residents and business owners across Oredo have continued to commend the administration of Governor Monday Okpebholo and the leadership of Hon. Engr. Gabriel Iduseri for their unwavering commitment to keeping the local government clean, attractive, and conducive for socio-economic activities.

The council reiterated its resolve to sustain environmental sanitation efforts as part of broader measures to improve the quality of life for residents and promote sustainable development in Oredo Local Government Area.
