Peter Obi dey remember di 911 victims for New York, e dey call make peace win pass all di yawa.

Obi say even though 25 years don pass since the tragedy happen, the pain still dey with families wey lose their loved ones. He also praise the courage of people wey respond to the attack, saying their sacrifice remain one example of courage and selflessness.

The former Anambra State governor call for peace, unity and respect for human life. He say people for the world need for put humanity before differences for nationality, religion, race or politics.

Obi also send sympathy and prayers to families of the victims and the American people. He say human life na something wey everybody for respect and protect, and people must reject hatred and violence.

The September 11 attack remain one of the worst tragedies of the 21st century. On September 11, 2001, terrorists hijack four commercial planes. Two of the planes crash into the World Trade Center for New York, one crash into the Pentagon, while the fourth one crash for one field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

Nearly 3,000 people die for the attacks, while thousands more suffer injuries and long-term effects from the tragedy.

As United States mark 25 years since the attacks, victims’ families, survivors, first responders and public officials don gather for remembrance ceremonies for New York, Washington and Pennsylvania.

United Nations also join the world for remember the victims, survivors and first responders. United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres pay tribute to the people wey lose their lives and note say the victims come from United States and more than 90 other countries.

Obi’s message come at a time when he continue to speak publicly about unity, insecurity, good leadership and protection of human life. His participation for the remembrance ceremony turn the occasion into another call for people to reject hatred, violence and terrorism.

As people continue to remember those wey die 25 years ago, the anniversary also bring fresh reminder say peace, compassion, justice and respect for human life need for guide the world.
