The Oyo State Police on Friday paraded a 45-year-old suspected ritualist simply identified as Hassan Kolawole with a new human head in Ibadan, the state capital.
Kolawole paraded at the command headquarters in Eleyele, Ibadan Local Government Area, North West of the state, along with nine others who were arrested for various offenses in different parts of the state.
They were introduced by the state Commissioner of Police, Adebola Hamzat, through the Police Public Relations Officer, Adewale Osifeso.
