The Nigeria Police Force has rescued popular TikToker, Peller, who was reportedly abducted by unknown gunmen on Wednesday while on a livestream.
According to Daily Post, the social media content creator’s abduction had sparked concern among fans and colleagues after footage of the incident circulated online.
In a fresh update on Thursday morning, Peller’s associate and fellow content creator, Sandra Benede, confirmed his release during a live broadcast on social media.
“They have seen him. DPO has seen him. They never give details but they have seen him,” she said, disclosing that Peller is currently with the Divisional Police Officer.
As of the time of filing this report, details of the rescue operation have not been made public by the authorities.
